We work with you in three distinct phases:
Your Unique Flight Manual: A Guide for Success
The flight manual is a personalized guidebook that provides everything you need to know, do, and sustain to meet your goals.
This is the first step in our collaboration together.
Your flight manual is informed by:

A deep, 1-1 intake with you to identify your short and long term goals and timeline for your organization.

A 360º intake with your team, board, evaluate your public presence and internal fundraising and communications materials, and, where applicable, with your top supporters and volunteers to assess your orgs alignment, strengths, and opportunities for growth and excellence in relationship to your mission, impact, and trajectory.
From there, we produce and publish your flight manual and schedule a debriefing call series.
The flight manual and debrief provides a comprehensive recommendation and implementation plan, featuring an archive of our observations, data, recommendations (including processes and leveraging existing resources), timeline and project management for implementation, as well as a reflection and debrief on our findings and next steps. Templates and calendarized deadlines are also provided. This is an active document and process - meant to propel you toward your goal.
Once the debrief is complete, you then have the option to continue working with us to have us either: directly implement (meaning we will do all the heavy lifting!) or support your implementation to ensure smooth skies ahead for you, your team, and your mission.
Direct Implementation
Using the Flight Manual as our North Star, we will build, train you and your team, and support with sustaining the recommended charter and goals established. If we are contracted to support your fundraising efforts, this includes prospecting, writing and submitting LOIs, RFPs, as well as the production of any fundraising collateral such as one-pagers, impact reports, decks, pledge sheets. We will also project manage and operationalize the fundraising process by tracking donors and moves management, forecasting revenue, and working with your team to produce inspirational and compliant reports.

Whether you have smooth skies or hit some turbulence, we are your team on the ground here to make sure you have the information, resources and support to make your goals a success. We provide continuous coaching, focus groups, staff meetings and trainings.
